About Me

Since becoming a "Masters" (40+) runner I've:

  • Set personal bests in the 10km (33mins) and Half Marathon (71mins)

  • Run a record 187kms in 11.5 hours in Central Park

Plus my weekly distance often bumps up on 100miles.I'm not blowing my own trumpet, but wanted to highlight this has been possible with reduced chronic pain and injuries.

You don't have to be setting records to benefit from my experience - as we age, naturally there are more considerations beyond just running - nutrition, mobility, strength, and more.
